Refund Policy

At Pure Love Botanicals, we are deeply committed to providing high-quality educational experiences, healing spaces, and transformational tools. Every class, consultation, retreat, and resource is created with intention, care, and over 30 years of combined wisdom, experience, and hands-on guidance.

Because of the nature of our offerings—many of which include immediate digital access, time-based services, and limited-capacity events—all purchases are final and non-refundable.

 

Why No Refunds?

  1. Our digital products and programs aren’t returnable.
    Once you’ve received a downloadable resource, workshop link, or private consultation time, that value cannot be returned or “unused.” Digital products can't be resold or restocked.

  2. You’re investing in transformation, not just content.
    We know how easy it can be to second-guess yourself. To let the “what ifs” or the busyness of life talk you out of the things you committed to. But part of this work—whether it's through herbal education, healing retreats, or personalized consultations—is learning to honor the decisions your deeper self already made. By purchasing a program or event, you’ve made a sacred commitment to yourself. Our no-refund policy is one way we support you in following through.

  1. We incur costs upon your registration.
    Whether it’s retreat venues, supplies, preparation time, or limited enrollment capacity, your spot is reserved and resources are allocated once you register. Asking for a refund puts us in the difficult position of choosing between returning funds already partially spent—or saying no and feeling unsympathetic to your personal situation. We’d rather be upfront and clear from the beginning.

We are proud of the value and care woven into every offering. But the results are always up to you. Show up, do the work, and trust the process. It will be worth it.
