TERMS OF SERVICE & PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT
Please read this waiver carefully before completing your purchase. By checking the box at checkout, you agreeĀ to the following terms and conditions in full.
PAYMENT TERMS & CANCELLATIONS
Retreat Pricing
All prices are per person and cover retreat programming only. Lodging, travel, and most meals are not included unless otherwise stated. Saturday lunch is included for all participants.
Payment & Deposits
Payment is due in full via credit card or PayPal at the time of registration.
Strict No Refund Policy
All retreat payments are non-refundable for any reason, including illness, injury, travel delays, personal emergencies, or weather-related changes. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or early departures.
Transfer Policy
Retreat registrations are non-transferable unless permission is granted in writing by Pure Love Botanicals.
Cancellation by Host
Pure Love Botanicals reserves the right to cancel or modify the retreat itinerary if necessary. If the retreat is canceled due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued for your retreat payment only. The company is not responsible for reimbursement of travel expenses or other incidental costs.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I acknowledge that participation in this retreat is voluntary and may involve physical movement, outdoor activities, plant-based education, and/or the use of herbs. I accept full responsibility for my health and safety while attending and participating in retreat activities.
By attending this retreat, I assume all risks, including (but not limited to) injury, illness, accidents, allergic reactions, weather-related conditions, or property loss. I release Kim Hudson, Pure Love Botanicals LLC, and all team members, teachers, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims of liability.
I affirm that I am medically, physically, and emotionally fit to participate, and will inform the host of any health concerns or limitations prior to the event.
MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
I understand that Kim Hudson is not a licensed medical provider. Retreat teachings are educational in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. I take full responsibility for my health choices and will consult a qualified healthcare provider as needed.
INDEMNITY
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pure Love Botanicals LLC, its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from my participation in this retreat or any negligent acts on my part.
MEDIA RELEASE
By attending, I grant permission for Pure Love Botanicals LLC to capture photographs, video, or audio during the retreat. These may be used in marketing, promotional, or educational materials online or in print, with or without my name. I release all rights to any such media and waive any claims for compensation.
AGREEMENT & GOVERNING LAW
By completing my registration, I confirm that I have read and agree to the terms of this waiver. This agreement is binding and governed by the laws of the State of Vermont and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
